Shigan Martial Arts - Charlestown

Shigan Martial Arts Charlestown focuses on a traditional Taekwondo, with the addition of elements of Mui-Thai, Kick boxing and Jujitsu all combined into a modern self-defence frame work. The training is friendly and helpful and is suitable for almost everyone.

We teach fitness and flexibility as well as martial arts. Situated in the grounds of St Joseph’s Primary School, we are central to business and residential areas. Classes start at 6pm, so are ideal for training after school or work.
